Help

I am a capable person, I have a life helped by God, and I want to live a strong life. (我是有能力的人，我有神幫助的生命，我要活出剛強的生活。)

My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. – Psalm 121:2

I will remember to ask God for help when I need it.

Choose what is good, and stick to goodness.
Stay unchanged, yet accept what comes according to circumstances.

Rectify the mind and make the will sincere.
Stay vigilant and prudent.
